**Responsibilities**:

- **Beverage Preparation**: Expertly prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
- **Customer Service**: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, engaging with customers to understand their preferences and providing recommendations based on your extensive knowledge of coffee.
- **Mentorship**: Share your expertise with less experienced team members, providing guidance on beverage preparation, customer interactions, and overall best practices.
- **Cleanliness and Organization**: Set a high standard for cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay abreast of industry trends and maintain an in-depth understanding of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and menu offerings.
- **Cash Handling**: Utilize your previous cash handling experience to process transactions accurately and efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of the point-of-sale system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with other team members and management, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role.
- Deep knowledge and passion for coffee.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in basic math and experienced in cash handling.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
