MeetMySpecialist, a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in Ayurvedic services, overseas education, and specialty clinics, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Secretary to support the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a critical role in the daily operations of a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for meetings.

2. Communication & Coordination:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

3. Documentation & Record-Keeping:

- Maintain confidential files and documents.
- Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and other business documents.

4. Travel Arrangements:

- Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

5. Project Assistance:

- Support the CEO in planning and executing business projects.
- Conduct research and provide relevant information for decision-making.

6. General Office Management:

- Ensure the CEO’s office runs efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in managing personal tasks and errands as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Familiarity with Ayurvedic, education, or healthcare sectors is a plus.
- Skills:

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,300.96 - ₹55,306.35 per month
