**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create books, magazines, flyers, brochures, booklets, and other promotional materials.
- Work collaboratively with content writers, graphic designers, and the marketing team to ensure cohesive designs.
- Use tools like Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create layouts and designs.
- Prepare files for print production and ensure accuracy in formatting, styles, and layout.
- Maintain and update templates and design standards as per brand guidelines.
- Edit and finalize images and graphics for high-quality output.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining design quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to layouts, file formats, or printing processes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a DTP Operator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software: Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in preparing files for both digital and offset printing processes.
- A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in publishing or a related industry.
- Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of PDF workflow and pre-press preparation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
