**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial patient assessments, including taking medical histories and recording vital signs.
- Assist physicians with diagnostic tests, therapeutic procedures, and patient examinations related to male sexual wellness.
- Provide patient education on sexual health, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications to improve overall wellness.
- Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any concerns or changes to the healthcare provider.
- Provide counselling and support to patients dealing with issues related to sexual health, including erectile dysfunction, low libido, and other conditions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and confidential environment for patients and staff.
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary.
- Assist with the management of clinic supplies and inventory, ensuring all medical equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities to stay updated on the latest advancements in male sexual wellness.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a preference for experience in urology, sexual health, or men's health.
- Strong knowledge of male anatomy, sexual health, and common conditions affecting men's sexual wellness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide sensitive and non-judgmental care.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification or specialized training in male sexual health or urology.
- Experience with patient education on sensitive health topics.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Physically demanding job; requires standing, walking, and assisting with patient positioning.
- Exposure to sensitive and confidential information; must maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
