- **Due Diligence Staff / Article Assistant**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CA Article / Staff to assist in Due Diligence assignments involving verification of financial, taxation, and compliance data. The role involves analyzing client records, validating statutory filings, and preparing structured reports for financial institutions and internal use.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct detailed verification of client data for Income Tax and GST compliance.

Review GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and 2B) and perform reconciliation of turnover, input tax credit, and liability.

Verify Income Tax filings, Form 26AS, and Annual Information Statement (AIS) for accuracy and consistency.

Assist in preparation of Tax Computations and working papers as part of due diligence reports.

Examine TDS compliance and identify discrepancies or defaults.

Collect and validate financial information, agreements, and supporting documentation.

Maintain organized documentation and audit trails for all verified data.

Prepare analytical summaries and observations for reporting to seniors or clients.

Support preparation of final Due Diligence Reports as per firm’s reporting standards.

Use portals such as Income Tax, GST, and MCA for data extraction and verification.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
