**Handling sales enquiries and providing quotations to the clients. Ø**

**Processing Orders, Handling customer Queries and Providing Service to them. Ø**

**Helping the sales team to generate new sales leads. Ø Coordinating with sales team by managing schedules,**

**filling important documents and communicating relevant information. Ø**

**Ensure the adequacy of sales-related fire fighting equipment’s. Ø Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events**

**Coordinating with sales team by managing schedules,**

**Ensure the adequacy of sales-related fire fighting equipment’s. Ø**

**Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events**

**Recruiting Agent Advisors, developing them and retaining. Ø**

**Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.**

**Analysing performance and drawing up action plans. Ø**

**Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients. Ø**

**Providing on field support to Agent Advisors in achieving target standards. Ø**

**Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff do the same.**

**Handling Two Brand tracking studies from two years continuously. Ø**

**Total both tracks have 6 centers. Total Team size were 30 Investigators and 5 Supervisor for CAPI studies. Ø**

**Resolving Technical issues, Controlling quota on daily basis.In this projects some work are done by contacting research team directly. Ø**

**Main roll is Quality check and Data Check through portal". Ø**

**Other than that these studies ,I have been played different different roll (like Supervisor, Investigator, Quality checker) in different projects (like CLT's, Households, databases, Telephonic ,placement studies and some corporate studies) from last one year.**

Pay: ₹11,275.15 - ₹30,048.20 per month
