**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile **IT Administrator** to oversee all IT operations within our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy individual eager to take ownership of the company’s IT environment, support our team, and contribute to the smooth running and growth of our Mohali office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage all IT aspects within the organisation.
- Set up and configure computer networks, hardware, software, and firewalls for new employees.
- Manage user onboarding, including timecards, shared folders, and access permissions.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Design and implement digital forms to streamline employee processes using FastField (experience preferred but not essential).
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT and software-related issues, providing responsive support and resolution.
- Manage and monitor the company’s CCTV systems, ensuring regular backups and operational integrity.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as required.

**About You**

You will:

- Have a strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Be able to plan and execute smooth onboarding setups for new employees.
- Be able to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and control IT-related costs.
- Possess a solid understanding of in-house computer networks and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

**Essential Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **2-5 years’ experience** in IT operations, or **2+ years** in an IT supervisory role.
