The Flying Colours is a leading IELTS and PTE coaching institute committed to helping students achieve their academic and professional aspirations. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can not only train students but also take charge of the institute’s daily operations, embodying leadership and ensuring its success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training and Student Development:
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for PTE/IELTS, ensuring students achieve their target scores.
Develop and implement tailored lesson plans and strategies for individual and group learning.
Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and monitor student progress.
Stay updated with the latest PTE/IELTS exam patterns, ensuring content and strategies align with current requirements.
3. Sales and Marketing:
Handle walk-in and online inquiries, convert leads into admissions through persuasive communication and a solutions-focused approach.
Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students, including organizing promotional activities, seminars, or webinars.
Build and nurture relationships with students, parents, and educational partners to enhance the institute’s reputation and enrollment rates.
4. Operational Management:
Oversee and manage all daily operations, ensuring the institute runs smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of student data, performance metrics, and institute finances.
Coordinate class schedules, batch timings, and curriculum implementation.
Ensure the learning environment is clean, professional, and conducive to student success.
5. Strategic Planning:
Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the institute’s overall performance.
Collaborate with management (if applicable) to set and achieve long-term goals for the institute.
Implement new technologies, resources, and teaching methods to stay ahead of industry trends.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an IELTS/PTE Trainer OR Fresher who is willing to learn.
Should have overall 7 bands in IELTS or 64 scores in PTE.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in customizing lesson plans based on individual learning needs.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, and handling inquiries is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools for maintaining records and planning.
Preferred:
Experience in managing or leading an educational institute.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and student recruitment techniques.
