**ADMISSIONS**:

- Keeping a track for the offer letters doing regular follow-ups.
- Taking the queries of branches and resolving them, if needed with the help of team leader.

**VISA**:

- Follow-up for pending documents with clients.
- Follow up with admissions Head office for pending offer letters/ I-20’s.
- Visa counseling for students with unconditional offer letter.
- Ensuring quality check is done by TL of the concerned section before the file is dispatched.
- Attending regular training sessions for admissions and visa updates.
- Maintaining maximum visa success rate.
- Travel to other offices during events, in case required.
- Maintaining and updating the master report that is available to the complete team.
- Sending updated follow up report daily to the TL.
- Maintaining courtesy & patience while dealing with all kinds of clients.
- Helping clients take interview appointments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
