**Job Requirements**:

- Conduct thorough research and analyze data to identify and define key target audiences, including HR professionals, recruiters, and decision-makers in the HR tech space.
- Identify key contacts and stakeholders within targeted companies and regions, focusing on HR heads, talent acquisition leaders, and senior management.
- Plan and manage online marketing programs to drive product awareness and generate organic demand among HR professionals and organizations.
- Update and manage lead databases and track interactions using a customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate lead nurturing and reporting.
- Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing.
- Freshers with relevant internships or projects are welcome.
- Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn
- Highly creative mindset with the ability to craft campaigns that capture attention, address HR challenges, and showcase the product’s value.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to HR audiences.
- Ability to collaborate across teams (sales, product, and customer success) to align marketing efforts with product positioning and sales goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
