**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting Data Entry**: Enter financial transactions into the company's accounting software accurately and promptly.
- **TDS Compliance**: Ensure compliance with TDS regulations by deducting taxes at the source from various payments such as salaries, contractor payments, and other applicable transactions. Prepare and file TDS returns within the specified timelines.
- **GST Compliance**: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns. Verify invoices for accuracy and ensure adherence to GST laws and regulations.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Generate reports as required by management for decision-making purposes.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements with the company's accounting records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and follow-up on overdue payments.
- **Expense Management**: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
- **Audit Support**: Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation, gathering relevant information, and addressing auditor queries.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Stay updated with changes in taxation laws, regulations, and accounting standards applicable to the company. Implement necessary changes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- **Communication**: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including finance team members and other departments, to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of financial matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven knowledge of TDS and GST regulations in India.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
