**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through cold calling, references, and networking.
- Onboard new clients and open demat/trading accounts.
- Educate prospective clients about the stock market, investment opportunities, and trading platforms.
- Sell stock broking services, mutual funds, SIPs, and other investment products.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, company offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with the operations and research team for smooth client servicing.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest and basic understanding of the stock market and trading.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certification in NISM (Series VII - Equity Derivatives) is an added advantage.
