**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop blockchain solutions using Ethereum platform to meet business requirements.
- Develop smart contracts using Solidity programming language.
- Implement security best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of blockchain data.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in blockchain technology.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year of experience in blockchain development using Ethereum.
- Proficiency in Solidity programming language.
- Experience with Ethereum tools and frameworks (e.g., Truffle, Web3.js).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with other blockchain platforms (e.g., Hyperledger, Corda) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs).
- Experience with smart contract auditing and testing tools.
