Caretaker/maintenance

**Key Responsibilities**:
Daily Routine Management:
Implementing a structured daily schedule including meal times, playtime, nap times, and educational activities.

Assisting with personal hygiene like hand washing, bathroom breaks, and dressing.

Supervising children during playtime, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring safety at all times.

**Educational Support**:
Engaging children in age-appropriate learning activities through play, reading, storytelling, and simple educational games.

Fostering creativity and critical thinking skills through art, crafts, and imaginative play.

Supporting children's development in areas like language, math, and social skills.

**Meal Preparation**:
Preparing healthy snacks and meals according to dietary needs and preferences

Ensuring proper food handling and hygiene practices

**Safety and Monitoring**:
Actively supervising children to prevent accidents and injuries

Maintaining a safe and clean environment

Addressing any behavioral issues promptly and appropriately

**Communication and Collaboration**:
Maintaining open communication with parents regarding the child's day, progress, and any concerns

Following instructions and guidelines provided by parents and/or guardians

Reporting any significant incidents or changes in the child's behavior

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Experience: Prior experience working with children in a childcare setting or similar role preferred.

Child Development Understanding: Knowledge of typical developmental milestones for children aged 4-8 years

Patience and Positive Attitude: Ability to interact with children in a nurturing and supportive manner

Safety Awareness: Commitment to maintaining a safe environment for children

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with parents and children

Basic First Aid Knowledge: Ability to administer first aid in emergency situations
