**Key Responsibilities**

**Software Development**
- Develop and enhance software solutions by analyzing information requirements, system flows, and user needs.
- Implement customization/modifications as per client feedback, transition projects, or L2/L3 escalations.
- Collaborate with testing teams, incorporate feedback, and execute releases, including deployment on client systems.
- Identify areas for improvement and streamline code for better efficiency and performance.
- Continuously analyze data to improve and coordinate system modifications or new deployments.
- Foster communication and collaboration to enhance software development productivity.

**Technical Support and Collaboration**
- Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and debugging support for existing platforms.
- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback for further optimizations.
- Coordinate with documentation teams to ensure proper technical documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance technical expertise and professional development.

**Requirements**:

- 3-10 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, WebLogic, JBOSS, jQuery, and Ajax.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies and automation testing tools (preferred).
- Domain knowledge in Banking & Financial Services (preferred).
