The QHSE Representative/Asst Manager will have the responsibility to ensure compliance to applicable standards, legal and regulatory requirements and a continued process of improvement in the standards of Quality Health, Safety and Environment. He/She will also be responsible for Support and communications related to the ComDiv to the users.

The mission of the Quality and HSE department is to develop the quality and HSE management system at par with global standards.

The QHSE Representative/Asst. Manager will have the responsibility to align and work in line with the mission of the department and the organization.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- To ensure compliances of client requirements and applicable Quality, safety standard, legal
and regulatory requirements of all operations.
- To provide direction and guidance to employees on Quality, HSE and ComDiv issues within
the workplace.
- To maintain and regularly review all related documentation in line with legal and regulatory

requirements.
- Control the day-to-day operations including auditing, meetings, training and updating
documents and records for all aspects of the system.
- To issue updates and ensure documentation is easily available to all personnel, as well as
provide training as and when required.
- Collecting and ensuring the safety requirements as per internal and external requirements by
all the locations.
- Expected to lead by example and to promote best practice at all times with regards to Quality
and safety at work in all areas.
- As the QHSE Superintendent you will be required to devise the companys Quality and HSE
plan and ensure its implementation.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Required to attend/organize regional meetings, toolbox talks, Quality, HSE talks to exchange
ideas and best practice with fellow staff.
- Tracking and coordination of Internal and external audits, NC closures, Incidents, field
monitoring etc. with QHSE-Head.
- Field monitoring visits for operations and required onsite trainings.
Comdiv users.

Quality, KPIs and File storage Data properly maintained by all Comdiv users.
- Any Process Requirement Implementation tasks in Comdiv for India related to Invoicing,
Reports, GST Tax change are closely managed with IT Team after performing checks in Testing Environment before final deployments in Comdiv.

Comdiv.
- Manage Security Data
- Container Seal / Security Paper as per requirements Locally or Pan
India.
- Quality and Safety awareness to employees is a vital part of the role of the QHSE
Representative.
- Tracking and coordination for Pan India for Internal and external audits, NC closures,
Incidents, field monitoring, Quality checks, Monthly QHSE Reports etc. with QHSE-Head.
- Other activities as and when required as per competence.

- Generate and Deliver processes: ownership, accuracy and quality of execution
- Transfer training to the trainees Satisfaction
- Deliver the task within defined constraints
- Cross functional business partner satisfaction (support colleagues whenever required)
- Respect of deadlines and budget for projects implementation
- Positive working relationships and delegation in place.
- HSE objectives as per the responsibility.
- Compliances of the applicable requirements.

**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- **Graduate in any field.**:

- ** QHSE experience Min. 03 years (02 years if in similar TIC industry).**

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- **Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17020:2012 standards.**:

- Should be proficient in computers with capability to understand and implement business
soft-wares.
- Implementation of policies, manual, procedure and forms.
- Capable to train the group of staff whenever required.
- Should have man management skills and can also operate as a team player.
- Potential to work under pressure and so it is important that the person remain cool and calm
and support and lead the staff at difficult times.
- Good interpersonal and presentational skills and be able to build relationships with external
partners.
- The ability to be able to solve problem, interpret complex issues and motivate others to work
to the best of their ability is essential.
