**Job Title**:Physiotherapist Trainer and Team Leader

**Job Summary**:
Trainer and Team Leader will also be responsible for leading andmanaging a team of physiotherapy professionals.

**Responsibilities**:
**Training and Education**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in physiotherapy techniques, with a focus onmanual therapy and specialised areas such as fascial manipulation, myofascial techniques, structural integration, osteopathy, taping, aquatic therapy, scoliosis, and pelvic rehabilitation.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions for physiotherapy students and professionals.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy and incorporate relevant information into training programs.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead andmanage a team of physiotherapy professionals, providing guidance, support, andmentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages continuous learning and professional development.
- Coordinate team activities, ensuring the effective implementation of training programs and achieving performance goals.

**Clinical Expertise**:

- Demonstrate advanced clinical expertise in manual therapy and other specialised areas, serving as a resource for teammembers.
- Provide consultation and guidance on complex cases, ensuring the highest quality of patient care.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and evidence-based practices in physiotherapy.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement andmonitor quality assurancemeasures to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs and clinical services.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations tomeasure the effectiveness of training initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching physiotherapy students and professionals.
- Specialised training inmanual therapy, with expertise in fascial manipulation, myofascial techniques, structural integration, osteopathy, taping, aquatic therapy, scoliosis, and pelvic rehabilitation.
- Strong leadership and teammanagement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to professional development and staying current with industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
