- Responsible for Lateral Hiring & Campus Recruitment (Entry Level, Middle Level & Higher Level Hiring
- Managing and Handling Recruitment across multiple Functions.
- Strategic manpower planning for project specific recruitment within defined time frames.
- Watch almost every activities of the regional office and take corrective steps & actions, work allotted according to proper plan, set targets & trying to achieve goals or target effectively and efficiently.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Responsible for general administration & facility Management etc.
- Responsible for Employee verification
- Good exposure in team Management.
- Leadership & managerial qualities with analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualification - MBA (HR )
Experience - 1 to 4 years
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
