**Website Designer: Craft the Future with Us**

Do you have the magic touch to turn website dreams into reality?

We're seeking a passionate and skilled Website Designer to join our growing team. You'll be instrumental in crafting beautiful, user-friendly, and high-converting websites that not only look great, but also drive results.

**Here's what you'll be doing**:

- Collaborate closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to bring website visions to life
- Design and develop user interfaces (UI) that are intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing
- Stay ahead of the latest web design trends and technologies
- Translate complex ideas into clear and concise website layouts
- Optimize websites for various devices and screen sizes
- Ensure accessibility and compliance with WCAG guidelines
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our website design process

**What you bring to the table**:

- 1+ year of experience as a Website Designer or related field
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
- Proficient in Adobe XD, Figma, or similar design software
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (bonus points for React)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for user experience (UX) and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

**REQUIRED SKILLS -**

**Front End Web Development**:
HTML, XML, CSS3, HTML5, Sass, React, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, AngularJS, EmberJS; Bootstrap, JSON, APIs & AJAX, CSS Frameworks (Bootstrap & Foundation)

**Software Skills**:
Photoshop ; Illustrator ; InDesign ; Adobe Xd ; Sketch ; Wordpress ; Angular CLI ; CSS Grids & SVG animation

**Workflow Tools**:
Gulp, Webpack, Docker, Git & SVN, Command Line

**Browser Rendering/Optimization Skills**:
Critical rendering path ; Image optimization ; JavaScript minification ; Element Inspecting ; Network ; Timeline ; Application profiling ; Resources

**Creativity Skills**
Website Design, Logotype, Stationery, Branding, Newsletter

**Design Skills**

**User Interface**
User Interfaces, web page, mobile and responsive solutions.

**Bonus points if you have experience with**:

- E-commerce websites
- Content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal
- Conversion optimization (CRO) best practices
- Accessibility guidelines and WCAG compliance
