**Job Summary**: The Godown Supervisor will be responsible for managing all activities within the warehouse, including inventory control, staff supervision, and compliance with safety regulations. This role is essential for maintaining organized and efficient storage operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Operations**: Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and manage stock replenishment processes.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- 3 to4 proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operation

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
