**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans focused on key mathematical concepts.
- Teach basic arithmetic, geometry, measurement, and introductory algebra.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with different learning abilities.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain student focus and discipline.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Regularly assess students’ progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments.
- Provide feedback to students on their work and track their academic progress.
- Identify areas where students may be struggling and provide additional support or enrichment activities.
- **Student Support**:

- Work with individual students or small groups who need additional support.
- Use various teaching tools and techniques to support students with diverse learning styles and needs.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure that math curriculum aligns with school-wide standards.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
- Share insights and best practices with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve teaching skills.
- Stay updated on new teaching methodologies, tools, and technologies in education.
- **Curriculum Design**:

- Contribute to the design and enhancement of the school’s math curriculum.
- Ensure that math instruction aligns with national and school-specific educational standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
