**JOB DESCRIPTION:

- **
- Looking for a AR Caller responsible for a follow-ups on claim rejections and denials to ensure appropriate reimbursement of the client.
- Follow-up, resolve and identify non-paid, non-adjudicated claims and billing issues.
- Updating and checking the system for missing payments.
- Processes and follows up on appeals. Files appeals on claim denials.
- Solving the queries of customer in claim inquiries.
- Communicate with insurance companies about the status of outstanding claims.
