Swimming Coach

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct swimming lessons and training sessions for children, adults, and professional-level swimmers.
- Develop personalized swim plans tailored to individual goals and skill levels.
- Monitor swimmers during lessons to ensure safety and correct technique.
- Organize swim meets, workshops, and skill assessments.
- Ensure the pool area is safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
- Motivate and inspire learners to improve performance and gain confidence in the water.
- Provide CPR and first aid in the event of emergencies.
- Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and feedback for swimmers and parents.
- Collaborate with club staff to plan and promote aquatic programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified swimming coach from a recognized institute (e.g., NIS, ASCA, or equivalent).
- Lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid training (mandatory).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience coaching at a club, school, or competitive level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach all ages, from young children to adults.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a strong understanding of swimming techniques and water safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
