**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shoot high-quality video content for ads, testimonials, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Operate camera, gimbal, and other necessary gear during shoots.
- Collaborate with the creative director and content team to plan shoots.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, and audio quality during shoots.
- Organize and transfer raw footage after every shoot.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, or cinematic clips (optional but a plus).
- Maintain professional conduct during client shoots.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in videography (portfolio or showreel required).
- **Own professional-grade camera and gimbal** (Mirrorless camera).
- Knowledge of lighting, framing, and audio techniques.
- Creative eye for cinematic shots and storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media video formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and flexible hours.
- Bonus: Editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
