**Roles And Responsibilities -**
- Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Describes all Accessories available for customer purchase.
- Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification and authorization for customer test drives.
- Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Keeps up to date on new ways to generate business and utilizes all resources available.
- Establishes personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those Accessory goals.
- Attends product and sales training courses as requested by Company.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefits to customers.
- Ensures that the sales manager and Sales executives are assisted with accessory sales
- Aware of ordering and stocking sales of Accessory and Parts.
- Aware of ageing of Accessories and devises strategies to sell the aged accessory.
- Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understand the vehicle's operating features and added Accessory.
- Maintains a customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Maintains a prospect development system.
- Attends sales meetings.
- Maintains professional appearance.

**Desired Skills Required**:
1.)Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering
2.)Good communication skills Knowledge of the Automobile Service Industry
3.) Knowledge Of Car Accessories

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
