**Job Opening: Hotel Receptionist - Hotel Srijan, Vrindavan**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass; a diploma/degree in hospitality is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in hotel reception or customer service preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (knowledge of Braj Bhasha is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel management software preferred).
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out.
- Handle reservations and inquiries efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
