**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for Classes XI & XII as per CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum (as applicable).
- Teach Hindi language, grammar, prose, poetry, and literature with a focus on board exam requirements.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment strategies aligned with academic standards.
- Conduct periodic assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in honing creative and academic writing skills in Hindi.
- Integrate modern teaching methodologies, technology, and interactive activities to enhance learning outcomes.
- Encourage appreciation of Hindi culture, literature, and values through discussions, debates, dramatics, and literary activities.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students preparing for competitive exams and higher studies.
- Maintain discipline, classroom management, and a positive learning environment.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school functions, and parent-teacher interaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
