Developing and implementing the training programs for cafes and all staffs.
- Prepare and maintain the training course materials/modules.
- Develop creative and innovative approach to present the training programs.
- Evaluate, Examine the new training programs and recommend improvements

**Responsibilities**:
Planning and scheduling ON job training for all staff.

Preparing and maintaining the course materials/modulesCo-ordination with all departments for training and with Content Specialist for creation/modification of training materials.

Bachelors Preferable Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Cafe,QSR Hospitality or Restaurants.

Strong Leadership abilities and good time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
