Corporate Yoga Trainer

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular group yoga sessions for employees, focusing on flexibility, mindfulness, stress relief, and physical fitness.
- Tailor yoga programs to meet the specific needs of employees, considering different levels of experience and physical capabilities.
- Promote wellness initiatives, including mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, and meditation.
- Provide one-on-one yoga consultations and personalized plans, if required.
- Monitor the progress of participants and provide guidance for improving their yoga practice.
- Actively engage in promoting a positive and healthy work environment through corporate wellness programs.
- Stay up to date with the latest yoga trends and incorporate innovative techniques into sessions.
- Maintain professionalism and a well-groomed, presentable appearance at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Good BMI and a fit, healthy appearance.
- Certified Yoga Instructor.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in yoga instruction.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of yoga principles, anatomy, and holistic wellness practices.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of employees, ensuring inclusivity and motivation.
- Presentable, energetic, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle stress and promote a calm, balanced work environment.
