**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Install, inspect, and maintain solar PV systems (rooftop and ground-mounted)
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting
- Conduct site assessments and solar panel measurements
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Ensure installations comply with electrical codes and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent
- Collaborate with team members, electricians, and project managers
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred
- Previous experience in solar panel installation or electrical work (1-3 years preferred)
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, conduit bending, and solar PV systems
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: ₹12,000.30 - ₹15,000.28 per month
