**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Wedding Planning Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings, from the initial consultation to the event day.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
- Oversee the scheduling and logistics of the wedding, ensuring smooth execution on the day of the event.
- Coordinate with vendors, including florists, photographers, caterers, and entertainment providers.
- **Sales & Promotion of Wedding Entertainment**:

- Develop and implement strategies to promote wedding entertainment packages, such as DJs, live bands, photo booths, and other entertainment options.
- Provide clients with entertainment recommendations tailored to their tastes and wedding themes.
- Conduct sales presentations, responding to client inquiries, and closing sales on entertainment services.
- Maintain a strong relationship with entertainment vendors to ensure quality and availability for clients.
- Keep track of sales targets and client bookings to ensure goals are met.
- **Client Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any concerns or changes promptly.
- Follow up with clients after the wedding to gather feedback and testimonials.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate client files and contracts.
- Assist in creating and managing budgets for weddings.
- Help with invoicing and tracking payments for entertainment services.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or sales in wedding entertainment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and promoting event services.
- Strong understanding of wedding industry trends, entertainment options, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage several wedding events at once.
- Creative and able to think outside the box to provide personalized experiences for clients.
- Knowledge of wedding planning software and tools is a plus.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience in the wedding entertainment industry, such as working with DJs, bands, or audiovisual services.
- Strong network within the local wedding and event industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
