Coating Inspector

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage coating/painting operations in the heavy machinery division.
- Ensure correct surface preparation, coating thickness, and finish quality as per standards.
- Lead a team of operators/workers to achieve daily production and quality targets.
- Monitor usage of paints, chemicals, and consumables to minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments for smooth workflow.
- Ensure strict compliance with **safety, environment, and 5S standards** in the coating area.
- Maintain production reports, shift records, and ensure ISO documentation.
- Train and motivate workforce on best practices in coating and safety.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (preferred).
- **5+ years’ experience** in coating/painting/powder coating operations in **heavy machinery/manufacturing industry**.
- Strong technical knowledge of coating equipment, paint systems, and industrial safety.
- Ability to lead teams and manage manpower in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
