**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivery Operations**:

- Pick up packages from designated locations, including warehouses, stores, or other facilities.
- Deliver packages to customers' homes or businesses as per delivery schedules.
- Verify the contents of packages before delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Obtain necessary signatures or confirmation of receipt from customers.
- **Route Management**:

- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to optimize delivery times.
- Adjust routes as needed based on traffic conditions or delivery changes.
- Maintain a detailed log of deliveries and routes.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Ensure that the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.
- Report any vehicle issues or malfunctions to the maintenance department or supervisor.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Complete delivery documentation, including delivery receipts, forms, and logs.
- Collect payments or fees when required and handle them according to company procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a delivery or driving role is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with local areas.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Working Conditions**:

- May involve long hours and extended periods of driving.
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.
- Some physical labor involved, including lifting and carrying packages.
