**Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualization and Design**:
Develop and conceptualize interior design ideas for various spaces including residential, commercial, and hospitality.

Create detailed 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.

**Space Planning**:
Conduct space planning and layout design to optimize functionality and aesthetics.

Collaborate with clients and other team members to understand spatial requirements

**Material and Color Selection**:
Select appropriate materials, colors, and finishes to enhance the overall design concept.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements.

**Client Interaction**:
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and expectations.

Present design proposals, incorporating client feedback to ensure satisfaction.

Provide support in the coordination of design implementation.

**Project Documentation**:
Prepare detailed design documentation, including plans, elevations, and specifications.

Maintain organised project files and documentation for reference.

**Quality Control**:
Ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, adhering to industry standards.

Conduct regular reviews and revisions as necessary.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a 3D Interior Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.

Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and color schemes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and creativity.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred.
