Ensuring patient safety when distributing medicine. This means matching the prescription of the patient and our prescription and passing on the correct information to the right person
- Packing the medicine in the office and bringing it out to the area of the day
- Distribution of medicine
- Medical outreach
- Speak with the children and their families about any medical needs they may have and treat it accordingly during medical outreach.
- Give minor treatments to the children and pre or postnatal women, e.g. treating rashes, cuts, scratches, coughs etc.
- In case of more serious ailments, take note of the child and their medical needs and reach out during medical camp where the doctor can treat them more thoroughly.
- In case of acute or fatal cases, bring the child to a hospital.
- Follow up on children’s medical needs, e.g. blood tests, follow-up treatments, continuous supplies of medicine etc.
- Work with the head nurse, doctor, pharmacist and the rest of the medical team in ensuring smooth operations and the continued health of all the children and women that we treat.
- Visit our schools and day centers to conduct health check-ups and treatments to the students.
- Assisting volunteers with translation
- Assist the management in meetings and assignments when in Kolkata.
- Note the findings, treatments and prescriptions in our medical record system.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
