**Be a crucial member of the ops team supporting Fresh Prints' vendors in the US (Optional WFH)**:
Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools.

We're looking for a dynamic, driven, organized, and experienced professional who wants to tackle major challenges. We work with over 70+ printers across the United States. You'll help them service our orders and manage the quality of their work. You need to be able to engage them and build a strong rapport. You'll dig into their business requirements and ours to make sure we hit them. When they have an issue with an order, you're the first point of contact and you'll work with other FP teams to get to a solution.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering any logístical questions our vendors/printers have.
- Re-scheduling entire orders for a specific vendor/printer if necessary
- Coordinating order timeline updates with our sales team to make sure the client is aware of any changes.
- Ordering garments from our wholesalers to vendors/printers
- Building a relationship with our vendors/printers so that they stay committed to the vision of Fresh Prints
- Working with vendors/printers to ensure we deliver high-quality prints and avoid order issues
- Communicating & giving feedback to other teams to solve any issues and to improve the printer experience with Fresh Prints while also improving our internal teams quality standards.

**Essential Requirements**
- 3+ years of experience with Operations, Customer Service, or Vendor Support
- Positive approach
- Strong critical thinking
- High EQ
- Fantastic problem-solving skills
- English fluency

**Technical skills**
- Comfortable with basic MS Excel functions.
