**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business leads.

Identify the needs of the clients and provide information about IT services and products.

Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with clients and follow up on the leads.

Update the company’s database with new information obtained from clients.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.

Ability to persuade and negotiate with clients effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:
The Telecaller will work in an office setting, making outbound calls to prospective clients.

The Telecaller will report to the Sales Manager.
