**As an QA Engineer, you will**:

- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
- Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide feedback from a testing perspective.
- Work closely with other engineers and product managers to ensure that all aspects of quality are being addressed throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
- Conduct UI/UX testing to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress and results.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of regression test suites.
- Review and analyze system specifications to identify potential issues early in the development cycle.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and potential user experience issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to write comprehensive tests
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and testing methodologies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum of 4 years experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on manual testing.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Ability to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test documentation.
- Experience in conducting UI/UX testing to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**It’s a Plus if You Have**:

- Prior experience with the US healthcare system.
- Experience with Automation Frameworks like Selenium / Playwright
- Familiarity with API Testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, etc.
- Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or Github.
- Knowledge of security testing and tools like Veracode, Burp suite
- Knowledge of accessibility testing and tools like JAWS
