College Solution is a growing consultancy that assists students in securing direct admissions at tier-2 and tier-3 colleges across India. Our mission is to simplify the college admission process, providing clear guidance and support to students and parents.

We are seeking an enthusiastic YouTube Content Creator who can create engaging, informative videos to attract prospective students and follow up with leads generated from these videos. This position combines creative content creation with client interaction.

**Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging YouTube videos on topics like college profiles, admission guidance, and student life at partner colleges.
- Create content covering FAQs, admission tips, and insights to help students make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to ideate content based on trending topics, admission cycles, and common student queries.
- Use basic video editing tools to enhance video quality and ensure polished final products.
- **Lead Follow-Up**:

- Track and respond to leads generated via YouTube, engaging with students or parents to understand their needs.
- Provide initial guidance on college selection and admission criteria, answering queries clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to streamline the admissions process for interested leads.
- Maintain a record of inquiries and follow up as needed.

**Qualifications**
- A strong interest in content creation, with basic knowledge of video production or editing.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to engage and educate viewers.
- Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable, with a keen interest in the college admissions landscape.
- Customer-oriented approach with proactive lead follow-up skills to build rapport with prospective students.

**What We Offer**
- Starting salary of up to ₹25,000 per month.
