**UI/UX Designer - Crafting Digital Experiences that Wow **

**Location**: Fonix Technologies, 225, Vardhman Nagar-A Patrakar Colony, Gopalpura Bypass, near 200 Feet Bypass, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019.

**Job Type**: Full-time (On-Site)

**Experience**:
**1. Freshers & professionals** with up to 3 years of experience.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market trends evaluation.
- Create intuitive user flows and interaction designs that improve user experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless UI implementation.
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

**Must Have**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for IT & Services or consulting companies.
- Proficiency in **Figma (Must) / Adobe XD / Sketch / Photoshop / Illustrator.**:

- Ability to design **wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.**:

- Strong understanding of **color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.**:

- A **portfolio of your work** (if you have one, we'd love to see it).
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills.

**Preferred to Have**:

- Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** (a plus but not mandatory).
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
