**Position Title -**Associate

**Experience Level -**2-6 years of relevant experience.

**Department -**Consulting and Corporates

**Location -**Gurgaon

**Position reports to -**Assistant Director

**Job Purpose**

This opportunity is to work with the consulting & corporate firms supporting them with financial & business research.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Benchmarking, Financial Analysis, Ratio Analysis
- Good understanding of financial statements
- Basic modeling knowledge
- understanding and working on them
- Knowledge of Banking/Insurance sector is a plus
- Extract, evaluate & organize information from multiple sources and present it in an easily understandable manner
- Understanding project request, discuss project, handling client queries without much supervision
- Preparing presentations, data analysis, excel modeling/analysis, problem solving, and sourcing and researching data and information from the internet or other 3rd party sources
- Sharp focus on quality/ sanity checking work along with skills to effectively structure communication of data, knowledge and insights

**Key Competencies**
- 2-6-year experience in strategy consulting/investment banking/private-equity/research sectors
- MBA/ master’s from reputed institutions, CA
- Proficiency and experience preferred at an advanced level in excel
- Experience with financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
- Dedicated and motivated individuals having demonstrated academic excellence with analytical, communication and teamwork skills
- Strong business fundamentals and knowledge of business analysis skills. Proven project management skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
