Position - Service Technician

Location : Delhi (Work in North Area)

Company Name - Medprime Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Education : ITI/Diploma (mechanical engineering)

Experience : 1 to 4 years

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly.
- Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
- Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
- Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
- Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
- Perform maintenance and provide customer supports
- Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair.
- Writes service reports after every diagnose.
- Responds to service request and repairs products.
- Can travel to other places for service.
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions..

**Skills**:

- Ability to work flexible hours and willing to travel if needed
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment.
- Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong Diagnostic skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
