**Responsibilities**:

- Design and oversee the construction of buildings, including commercial, residential, and industrial structures.
- Create detailed architectural plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Manage the entire design and construction process, including site visits, inspections, and approvals.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and construction techniques in the industry.
- Attend meetings with clients to discuss project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare and present proposals and design concepts to clients.
- Oversee the work of junior architects and interns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and construction.
- Excellent knowledge of design and construction techniques, building materials, and local building codes and regulations.
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
- Experience in managing a team of architects and interns is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing your work is required.

**Salary**: ₹95,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
