We are looking for an experienced **E-commerce Admin & Product Maintenance Executive** with 1+ years in managing e-commerce platforms. The role involves handling orders, inventory, product listings, and daily operations, ensuring smooth website functionality. You will work closely with the E-commerce Manager and clients to improve the user experience through monitoring, analysis, and reporting. A **1.5-year bond** applies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings, order processing, inventory tracking, and day-to-day operational tasks across e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager or clients to generate regular sales, order, and stock reports.
- Conduct product research and analyze competitors' strategies to improve performance.
- Monitor customer ratings and reviews, providing timely responses.
- Handle order cancellations, returns, and refunds with precision and care.
- Ensure optimal website functionality, emphasizing user experience and ease of use.
- Support promotional updates and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Track website performance metrics, such as page views, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to guide improvements.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, MCA, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with e-commerce marketplaces.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, MCA, BBA, MBA, or any related graduate degree.

**Bond System**:
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
