**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Factory Helper** to join our production team. The Factory Helper will support daily manufacturing operations by performing general labor tasks, assisting machine operators, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient workflow on the factory floor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist machine operators and production workers with daily tasks.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Sort, pack, and label products according to company standards.
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Support inventory counts and material handling when required.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
