Job Title: Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

Qualification: BSC in animation will be preferred (Otherwise any degree with proven course

from known agency)

**Job Description**:
As a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually

appealing and engaging graphics and videos to meet the needs of our organization or clients.

Your role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and editing various types of visual content

to communicate messages effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
Graphic Design:
Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for digital and print materials such as

brochures, banners, logos, social media graphics, and website elements.

Use industry-standard design software to create high-quality visuals.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively convey the desired message.

Collaborate with team members, including copywriters, marketers, and project managers, to

understand design requirements and objectives.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Video Editing:
Edit raw footage into professional-quality videos, ensuring seamless transitions, audio

synchronization, and visual effects.

Incorporate graphics, animations, and sound effects to enhance the overall video quality.

Trim and rearrange footage, add captions and subtitles, and optimize videos for different

platforms and formats.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, target audience, and desired

video style.

Stay up to date with industry trends and video editing techniques to deliver high-quality

videos.

Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of graphic

designs and videos with overall marketing and branding strategies.

Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and

other visual communication initiatives.

Provide design and video editing support to colleagues, offering feedback and suggestions to

improve their work.

**Requirements**:
Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, showcasing

a strong portfolio of work in both disciplines.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and

other relevant tools.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other

industry-standard software.

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects or similar

software.

Creativity and Attention to Detail:
Ability to think creatively, generate original ideas, and pay close attention to details in

design and video editing work.

Time Management:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while

meeting deadlines.

Collaboration and Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, understand

requirements, and present ideas and concepts.

Adaptability:
Willingness to learn new techniques, software, and tools to stay updated with the evolving

trends in graphic design and video editing.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Video Editing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
