**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations and maintain a productive work environment.
- Monitor office stock levels; maintain adequate **stationery**and equipment inventory.
- Organize office security and access control procedures.
- Plan office events, meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
- Maintain records of office activities, purchases, repairs, and vendor agreements.
- Handle document pickup and delivery to clients, vendors, and government offices.
- Perform bank **errands**, including cheque deposits and cash withdrawals.
- Operate company vehicles for official errands and travel between sites.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair office electronic devices and appliances.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, material delivery, repairs, and follow-ups.
- Purchase and deliver office materials and equipment as requested.
- File, photocopy, and assist with administrative paperwork.
- Liaise with service providers for timely repairs, supplies, and maintenance.
- Support HR and other departments for smooth interdepartmental communication and coordination.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass (higher education or technical ITI/Polytechnic preferred).
- Hands-on experience or skills in electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repairs.
- An ITI or Polytechnic qualification is strongly preferred.
- Valid driving license and ability to drive company vehicles.
- Good knowledge of the city and major route navigation.
- Basic understanding of routine banking procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, physically fit, and presentable.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for vendor liaison
