EisnerAmper is seeking an Shared Services Coordinator to join the Assurance practice in our Mumbai office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

Responsibilities

Global DPG:
- As part of Global DPG (Document Processing Group), you should be able to work on different audit reports and help finalize them and send back to engagement team.- You will be responsible for formatting and finalizing different types of audit reports that will go to client.- Formatting word / ppt documents, grammar check, margin, pagination, and punctuation.- Converting word / Excel / PPT document in PDF and finalizing that PDF by adding letterhead, company signature and watermarks.- Should be comfortable using SharePoint for updating status.- Should be able to handle pressure situation and willing to extend during busy seasons.- Should be a good team player and ready to accept the responsibility of the task assigned.- Coordinate with team at different location included US.

Basic qualifications for the opportunity- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field is required- Excellent in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.- 2 + years of working experience with the public accounting firms.- Experience working directly with global counterparts.- Experience in working at Technology environment.- Excellent verbal and written communication
