Sportto Soccer Private Limited is a youth-focused football development company committed to grassroots growth and elite player training. We are on a mission to shape the future of Indian football—and we're looking for a **creative, football-loving Graphic Designer & Content Creator** to take our digital presence to the next level.

**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for someone with **at least 1 year of real-world experience** in design, social media, or content creation. You don’t need a degree—but you **must be creative, consistent, and comfortable working in fast-paced football environments.**

**Key Responsibilities**:Graphic Design & Branding**
- Design engaging content for Instagram, YouTube thumbnails, stories, matchday graphics, event posters, and more.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms (print and digital).

**Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow Sportto’s Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube channels.
- Schedule regular posts, create captions, follow trends, and engage with the audience.

**On-Ground Content Capture**
- Attend training sessions, matches, and events to **shoot photos and videos**.
- Capture player moments, behind-the-scenes stories, and real-time highlights.

**Video Editing**
- Edit reels, shorts, and longer videos using mobile or desktop editing tools.
- Add music, transitions, text overlays, and branding where needed.

**Content Planning**
- Plan monthly content calendars in coordination with coaches and management.
- Pitch ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and branded content.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in graphic design, video editing, or content creation (freelance or full-time).
- Proficiency in tools like **Canva**, **CapCut**, **VN**, **Adobe Photoshop**, **Premiere Pro**, or similar.
- Strong passion for football and ability to tell sports stories visually.
- Comfortable working independently and attending on-ground shoots.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram algorithms, trends, and reels format.
- Owns a smartphone with good camera OR basic camera equipment.

**Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience working with a football club, sports academy, or influencer.
- Malayalam or Hindi communication skills for local content.
- Drone operation or motion graphics skills.
