**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Test Planning and Design**:

- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand the requirements and functionality of financial systems.
- **Manual and Automated Testing**:

- Perform manual and automated testing of financial software, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Use automated testing tools to execute scripts, record results, and analyze discrepancies.
- Ensure proper test coverage of key financial processes such as transactions, reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance.
- **Defect Tracking and Reporting**:

- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot issues, provide detailed reports, and ensure timely resolution.
- **Compliance and Data Validation**:

- Validate financial calculations, transactions, and reports to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., SOX, SEC).
- Ensure data integrity through end-to-end testing of data flows across multiple financial systems.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Proactively suggest improvements to testing processes and automation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and trends in financial services.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with development teams, project managers, and financial experts to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Participate in code reviews and sprint planning sessions to provide quality input and feedback.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **QA Expertise**:

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, LoadRunner).
- **Financial Domain Knowledge**:

- Deep understanding of financial industry concepts, including banking, investments, trading, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial software such as SAP, Oracle Financials, Bloomberg, etc.
- **Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues in complex financial systems and work under tight deadlines.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across multiple departments.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
